Code of Conduct at New York Beach Club

Treat everyone with courtesy and respect and conduct yourself in a manner that will not harm or disrupt another person’s club experience. There is no playing of loud music or smoking of any kind on the club’s property. Only approved service animals or registered support animals with official paperwork and identifying vests will be allowed on the property.

Please refrain from using abusive or offensive language toward anyone ─ including staff, other guests, or members in any situation. In addition, the use of or engaging in- unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior is not permitted. Violators will be asked to leave the Club at the sole discretion of management and prosecuted if deemed necessary. 

Clothing should be appropriate for a dinner experience in our restaurant and bar.

Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and are accountable for their actions. Only registered members and their guest are to be on the club’s private property. Do not bring or invite others onto our grounds from outside the property or from adjoining clubs without registering them as your guests at the office. 

Members must follow the club’s rules, including health and safety protocols, when using our amenities, or any of the facilities. In signing your member agreement all members have agreed to our rules and regulations.
