  • How do I become a member?

    • Fill out the membership inquiry form and call our membership manager at

      (516)-371-0750.

  • What types of memberships do you offer?

    • We have cabanas, mini cabanas, lockers, and shower lockers. 

  • How much does it cost to join?

    • Please see our rate card for more information.

  • What is included in a membership?

    • A membership includes access to the pool and beach, full service from our cabana crew, chairs and umbrellas, and the services from our concessions, restaurant, and bar.

  • Do you provide towels, chairs, and umbrellas?

    • We have chairs and umbrellas that our cabana crew will set up for you. Unfortunately, we do not provide towels. 

  • What type of activities do you offer for children?

    • We have a full activities staff that run programs for children of all ages. The activities range from painting to lip synching. We also have yoga on the beach and high intensity interval training, that is also child friendly. 

  • How do I get reserved oceanfront seating?

    • You are guaranteed a spot

  • Where do I park?

    • If you purchased a valet parking pass, you will have access to have our valet service park your car, if you did not purchase a pass, you can pay day rate for parking with the valet service. We also offer preferred parking and VIP parking spots.

  • Do you offer day passes?

    • We do not offer day passes, just memberships for the full summer. 

  • Can I bring a guest with me?

    • Yes, we do allow members to bring their guests. 

  • How much does it cost to bring a guest?

    • Adults are $30 on weekdays, and $50 on weekends and holidays.

    • Children (ages 2-17) are $20 on weekdays, and $30 on weekends and holidays.

  • Can I bring in outside food?

    • We only allow members to bring outside food if they have dietary restrictions. 

  • How do I order food from the club?

    • You can order food at shopnybc.com, and your order will be delivered to your unit, or your location on the beach.

  • Do you offer swim lessons?

    • Yes, we do offer swim lessons. Please call the office at (516)-371-0750 for more information. 

  • How much should I tip the cabana crew?

    • Please see our Tipping Guide for more information. 

  • What are the club hours?

    • Our hours on weekdays are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On weekends, we are open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.


Restaurant FAQ

  • How do I make a reservation at the restaurant?

    • You can make a reservation on Yelp. 

  • Do you have live entertainment?

    • We have live entertainment Thursday through Sunday nights. Please see our full entertainment schedule on the website.

  • Is the restaurant open to the public?

    • The restaurant is open to the public on Thursday evenings for pizza and wine night, Friday nights and Sunday nights for regular dinner service, and Saturday nights after 8:30. Reservations are mandatory and can be made on Yelp.
