Our opening day is Saturday 5/25/24! Gates will open at 10:00am! We are excited to welcome you all to NYBC summer 2024.
We will allow early move - in / drop - off items starting with odd numbered units on Thursday 5/23 and on Friday 5/24 for all even numbered units from 12-5.
Cabana crew members will be present to assist you in your drop off and move in process.
Please note that the Club will not be fully opened and there will be no additional services available on these two pre-open move-in days.
Our membership system went digital last season, we are asking members to please make sure to download the Gymdesk app in order to access your digital membership cards.
Please follow the Gymdesk Account Link emailed with instructions to activate your member account and your digital member ID card for fast and easy club access. Please remember, 2024 Membership Waivers MUST be signed before arrival to the club. Membership waivers can be found under documents in your Gymdesk account.
To gain access to the club all membership accounts must have a “selfie” on file, please upload your photo before Saturday, May 25th.
Parking passes for valet, preferred and VIP parking will be available at the office upon check-in.
Upon arrival on Saturday and Sunday - A member of the management team and valet team will be at the main gate to greet you and assist with your parking. Members of your Cabana Crew will be on-hand to assist you with any additional items you would like to bring to your unit.
Please respect all of the club rules and regulations related to outside food and absolutely NO alcohol, will be permitted, please be aware of and respect them.
It's going to be an amazing season here at NYBC. Lets' kick off the 2024 season with our club favorite, "The Groove " Saturday , 5/25 from 7:00-11:00, weather permitting. Join us as this top Long Island band performs the hits of yesterday and today. A night you won't want to miss!
